Before you call

Questions we get every week

Do you charge to come out and look?
For a repair, yes — $95, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead. For a planned job like a repipe or a water heater replacement, the estimate is free.
How fast can you get here?
For a genuine emergency in Oregon City, usually 30 to 45 minutes, day or night. Further out it is closer to an hour. Routine work is same or next day across most of the service area.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, bonded at $20,000 and carrying $1M general liability. Ask for the certificate and we will email it to you — and check any plumber you hire at the CCB website, including us.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, for anything that needs one — water heaters, repipes, new gas lines. We pull it, we meet the inspector, and the paperwork comes to you at the end. A plumber who offers to skip the permit is telling you something.
What payment do you take?
Card, check or bank transfer, due when the work is finished. For larger jobs like a repipe we take a deposit for materials and the balance on completion. We do not ask for cash up front.
Do you guarantee the work?
One year on labor, and whatever the manufacturer gives on parts — usually six years on a water heater tank. If something we touched fails inside that, we come back and it costs you nothing.

It is quicker to call

Most jobs get sorted in a two-minute phone call. If it needs a visit we will book it while you are on the line.
