How our pricing works
Nobody explains this, so we will. It is the second-biggest reason people pick one plumber over another.
We quote before we start
You get a written number before a single fitting comes off. If we find something behind the wall that changes it, we stop and re-quote — we do not keep working and hand you a surprise.
Flat rate, not hourly
You pay for the job, not for how long it takes us. If it turns out to be harder than we thought, that is our problem. It also means a slow plumber costs you nothing extra.
The diagnostic fee is credited
A repair visit starts at $95 to come out and find the problem. If you go ahead with the work, that $95 comes off the bill. If you do not, you owe $95 and nothing else.
No overtime pricing
The after-hours call-out is $165 whether it is a Tuesday afternoon or Christmas morning. We do not have a holiday rate and we are not going to invent one while your ceiling is coming down.
